Tip: pencil skirts are figure hugging. I would recommend getting a size that would allow you to sit down! The most important measurement for this is of course, the hips. Make sure you have a leeway of about 2 inches, Ie: If your hip circumference is 34 inches, opt for a hip size of 36 🙂 Unless, of course, you would rather stand.
