Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Product Descriptions and Quality

We strive for the highest level of accuracy; however, please note the following conditions regarding our products:

  • Visual Representation: Images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors may vary slightly due to studio lighting or screen calibration. We work hard to ensure screen colors are as true-to-life as possible.
  • Measurement Variations: Minor variances (within 1cm for blouse width) are industry standard and are not considered defects.
  • Sizing Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring their sizing measurements are accurate before purchase.
  • Final Sale Policy: All sales are considered final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or instances where product details (such as measurements or descriptions) were overlooked during the purchase process. Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items as outlined below.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us at orders@betterthanblouses.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Submission: Please include your Order Number and a clear photograph of the defect.
  • Returns: Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all tags intact.
  • Resolution: We will provide a replacement piece. If the item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued.

3. Incorrect Items Received

In the event that you receive an item different from your order:

  • Notification: Email orders@betterthanblouses.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
  • Return Process: We will provide instructions for the return, and your postage costs will be reimbursed.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original state: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.
  • Resolution: If the correct item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

4. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change, but to ensure efficient processing, we have a strict cancellation window:

  • Time Limit: Cancellations are only permitted within 1 hour of placing your order.
  • How to Cancel: Email us immediately at orders@betterthanblouses.com within this timeframe.
  • Refund Method: Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for cancellations.
  • Store Credit: Upon successful cancellation, you will be issued store credit via a unique coupon code sent to your email. This code can be used for any future purchase on our site.
  • Dispatched Orders: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched, regardless of the time elapsed.

5. Bounced Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us by the courier, we will notify you via email.

  • Redelivery Fees: You will be responsible for any additional postage costs for a second delivery attempt.
  • Repeated Failure: We reserve the right to terminate the order if delivery fails repeatedly due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details.
