Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping under our shipping partners. If your item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We have the right not to do any replacement of any damaged or lost shipping parcel if we did not receive any notification from you regarding the issue or if the returned parcel is not in good condition as when the parcel shipped (Please refer to returns policy).
